Fulcrum Coffee Roasters Café and Packaging

Fulcrum Coffee Roasters, a Seattle-based coffee company, roasts and sells coffee to empower farmers, businesses, and customers. They also operate a café that serves as a community hub.

As Production Manager at Tolleson, I developed and implemented their packaging program for coffee bags, hot and cold cups, cold-brew cans, labels, and promotional materials. I was responsible for all mechanical production, including printing and color testing, and collaborated with multiple vendors to ensure color accuracy across all products and alignment with their brand standards. I also contributed to the realization of their café space with signage and graphics reflecting their brand identity.
