Stonemill Matcha Café and Packaging
When Suntory introduced Matcha from Japan to San Francisco, I was a member of the Tolleson team tasked with the branding of their Mission District neighborhood retail store and café. The resulting brand is called Stonemill Matcha.
Given Stonemill’s traditional craft approach to matcha, the packaging and store details needed to reflect the same level of care and quality. I oversaw the production of all printed packaging and environmental graphics. I collaborated with the space planning team on the exterior signage and interior menu signage. Additionally, I managed a team of vendors to produce hot and cold cups, canister labels, bulk bag stickers and labels, store cards, tissue, and custom stamps that could be hand-applied to food wraps.
